Thank you for shopping with Heretics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5-Year Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. All Heretics products are backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects or product failure under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product malfunction or failure under normal use
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair
- Accidental damage or theft
If your product fails at any time within five years of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Proof of purchase is required.
